Netsuite support ignoring SuiteScript requests
Hi -
I just noticed that Netsuite support has ignored every single enhancement / bug request for SuiteScript that I've submitted. I have cases that are listed as "not started" going back over a month.
Here's a list of the SuiteScript related cases on my account:
486790 Suitescript access to groups Not Started 10/05/2006
486793 Sutiescript on "complete" link Not Started 10/05/2006
500062 Suitescript line item field "createdpo" Not Started 11/08/2006
500888 Attach transactions using Suitescript Not Started 11/10/2006
Can someone please look into these specific cases, and also see why, in general, support is ignoring these kinds of requests? SuiteScript is a really promising feature, and I'm glad that there is excellent support on this message board (thanks Yang!)... but if official support channels are not working, it's going to be hard to make it better!
