Insert a valid URL with nlapiResolveURL?
I am trying to generate html email body text for a scheduled ServerScript deployment (a custom nightly email report to each SalesRep). I want to include hyperlinks so the recipient can click a link in the email and go directly to the edit page within NetCRM.
Whenever I generate html code for a URL, however, NetCRM "cleanses" it of special characters, notably the & ampersand, which is required in any URL linking to an entity in the system.
Here's what I want:
"/app/accounting/transactions/opprtnty.nl?id=1885<strong><span style="text-decoration:underline">&</span></strong>e=T"
but here's what I get:
