Scripts Just Sitting In Queue ...

Hi, Our scripts aren't executing.  Is anyone else having the same problem?  We have scripts that should have completed hours ago that have the In Queue status and it's clear they haven't run.  Can anyone from Netsuite comment on what might be going on?  We really need them to complete ASAP.
