Capture Marketing Activity
I'm trying to determine if it is possible to capture marketing activity (date, time, type of activity) in a custom record attached to a customer record. Specifically I would like to have bulk email campaigns to be recorded in this Marketing Custom Record so that we have a record of all marketing activities associated with specific customer record.
Has anyone implemented something like this, or have suggestion how this could be accomplished? I'm kind of surprised this isn't an out of the box feature.
