Setting User Time Zone

Hello NetSuite User Group,

I'm new to NetSuite so please forgive my massive ignorance, hopefully I'll learn eventually!!

Anyway, my users would like to have all times displayed in their local time, so that we don't have to mentally adjust everything from PST .I've read elsewhere about a User Time Zone, but I have no idea how to set this. Is this possible?
