SuiteScript issue

I'd like to create a task on a customer record creation.  I also use Sales Force Automation, which assigns the Sales Rep.  I need the SFA to assign the sales rep so I know who should receive the task.

I have tried using an After Submit script, but I discovered this doesn't work for newly created records.

Does anyone have any idea how I could create a task for a sales rep after the new lead is created.  Again, I need to wait for SFA to assign the rep.

Any help would be appreciated.
