Fire customer script after web site registration?
We have a simple event driven script that is attached to the customer record.
If a user registers as a new customer as part of the web store checkout process, it should fire the script, right? Is this supported?
The script fires correctly for the above use case on a testdrive account; however, the script does not fire on a production account. Needless to say, we have checked the setting in the script deployment a million times to ensure that the scripts in the two accounts have been setup exactly the same. We have also checked any other account specific setting that might influence this behavior with no success.
