Retrieving a saved custom field

I created a custom body field in the Estimate screen called 'custbody_totalprofit'. Whenever a new line is added, the Total Profit is calculated. I have flagged this field as 'Save Record' so I assume it is saved in the database somewhere.

Now I want to retrieve the value so I can display it on the Sales Order related to the estimate. How can I retrieve this value?
