nlapiTransformRecord broken after 11.0.6 upgrade?

We were upgraded to 11.0.6 on Friday. Since then the script we are using to transform Sales orders into Cash sales is failing with this error:


Script: afterSubmit Error: INVALID_INITIALIZE_REF You have an invalid sales order 339956 or the order is already closed.



The sales order id's are all valid and none are already closed. This script has worked great (except for the random time outs) for months. No code was changed since Friday.

Is this happening to anyone else? We rely heavily on this script to process 200+ sales every day. Without it we are in bad shape.
