Amazon integration not working

We were upgraded to 11.06 on Friday. We have a consultant who handles our Amazon integration for us and he is reporting an error which is preventing our Amazon orders from being converted to NetSuite. Prior to Friday, his script worked fine.

The message he gets is:

Shipping total must be calculated before saving. Please click "calculate"

Obviously, he can't click calculate. Is there something he can add to his script to automatically click "Caculate" or is there a setting on our end which we can adjust to bypass this step? (I don't know scripting, so I hope I'm getting all the pertinent details correct.)
