Permission Violation?

Hi, I created a user event suitescript that works very well entering an order from netsuite, but entering an order from website returns a notice: "Permission Violation: You need the 'Lists -> Customers' permission to access this page. Please contact your account administrator."


The script loads the customer's record, verify it, set some custom fields and submit the  customer's record to netsuite.

The script's owner has permissions to all this records. What is wrong?
