Getting the EntityID on a task form

I'm trying to update an entity record depending on what a user enters into a specific task form but I'm having a problem finding out how to get the entity id while in the task form.

I tried getting the entityid and the getid() function but no go.  I can see the id in the url of the task so it must be somewhere.

Any ideas?
