Field Validation

Hi,

  I'm new to netsuite suite scripts. i'm trying to validate a customer form. we are having 8 fields such as firstname,lastname,email, address,phone etc.

i want to validate the fields before submitting. i don't want the customer to leave a fields blank.

can anyone please help me with a example how to do this? using javascript or any other in netsuite form.
