Amount Not Equal to Price time the Quantity

WE have a script that uses months to calculate the line of the sales order, so quantity X months X rate = amount. Works fine except there is a message that comes up for each line that says "The line total is not equal to the item price times the quantity. Is this correct?"

Is there a way to turn off this warning?
