Getting Location On Hand and Location Total Value in a script

Location On Hand and Location Total Value are both available as results in a saved search but I can find no reference to them in the script reference.  I presume that these fields are not available for scipting.

So 2 questions:
1.  Is this correct?  Is there any way to access them directly?
2.  Is it possible to pass a parameter to a saved search or to filter the saved search results in an efficient way including these values?
