Scripting for Email Templates
I am just starting to get involved with scripting and its capabilities within NS so I am unsure of its capabilities and limits. I would appreciate if someone would be willing to help me with this problem:
I am looking for a way to use an online form (or other option that does not involve needing to be logged into NS) that our overseas sales reps could use which when submitted would pull custom fields from the appropriate customer record (specifically a custom link on our site which is populated to each customer record) and insert into an email template that was then fowarded to the customer.
