SuiteScript support for the shopping

I'm not seeing SuiteScript support for the shopping cart in ver 2007.0.

We would like to populate the NS cart, inbound from an external site that generates a special order. This is likely a common request.

We could possibly do a Get operation for the data, then populate the cart - if this was supported. Can anyone shed some light?
