adding a button

Is there a way to add a button after the Add Multiple, Upsell Items, and Update Projected buttons in the Items tab of the Opportunity form?  I know you can add buttons elsewhere, but for what we're doing, it would make more sense to have it here.  Here's what I want it to look like:
