javascript written by netsuite broke

On the website we had a java script written by Netsuite that enforced minimum quantities for orders. Now it just shows a script error and users can order any quantity. This was a custom script that we paid to have written by them, and now it doesn't work.

This all came about after the upgrade to NS 2007. As our phone support has expired I have been unable to get help with this. Can anyone from Netsuite help me to get this problem fixed?
