scheduled script not executing when it should

I just created my first scheduled script and have set it up to run once a day and repeat every hour.

It ran once (when I saved it) but hasn't run since (should have run two times since if I'm understanding correctly)

Here is a screenshot of my settings:


The script is simple, here is the code:

function Run()  {      nlapiLogExecution('DEBUG', 'Execution Trace', 'Run() method called at ' + new Date().toString());  }

When I look at the execution log for the script there aren't any problems listed.

Anyone have any ideas?
