Create Inventory Adjustment record.

Is it possible to create an inventory adjustment record via scripting in a similar way we create a salesorder?
Do you have some sample code ?
I could'nt find the related Sublist field name in the documentation.

When I try to create an inventory adjustment ,its giving me the following notice.
"You must enter at least one line item for this transaction."
