Employee Center Permissions

We have a script for users to basically copy their previous timesheet, make minor modifications as save it. The purpose of this is to reduce time spent entering hours and most weeks it is fairly consistent with the previous week. The script works fine when logged in as an admin but when we log in under the Employee Role, we get the following error.

INSUFFICIENT_PERMISSION - You need the Lists-Employees permission to access this page.

Is is possible to grant this permission required?
