nlapiMergeEmail Template not retrieving NLCASELASTMESSAGE

Hi,

I have set up a pretty basic nlapiMergeEmail function but it wont pull <NLCASELASTMESSAGE> through. I am retrieving other CASE fields without any problem such as NLCONTACT, NLCASENUMBER, NLSTATUS etc. Is there any know problem with getting NLCASELASTMESSAGE information from the Case form?
