script deployment security

I have a client script deployed to a single record.
I have added all the required roles to the roles list on the deployment.

On a user's machine, when I login with my username and choose "RoleA" the scripts works fine.

On the same computer when I login with another user's credentials and choose "RoleA" the script isn't there.  I'm assuming it's not there as none of it's intended actions are happening and there are no errors.

I've cleared the cache, made no different.  Verified my role settings on the deployment, etc.

Actually, I just verified that the scripts aren't there, here is some source from the form in question when I'm logged in:
