Card Charge and Write Cheques scriptable?

Are Credit Card Charges (Transaction->Bank->Use Credit Card) and Cheques (Transaction->Bank->Write Cheques) available to Scheduled Scripts?

Can I nlapiLoadRecord these two and read/write into them?

The Cheque seems to be supported, but I'm not so sure about the Credit Card Charge, though from eyeballing it I don't really see why I wouldn't be able to?
