Can I have a script to get value from Transactions?

hi Netsuite,

I don't know much about javascript language. I would like to get value from Transactions Columns and put it in the custom fields in the customer records.

For example: I would like to retrieve the value from duedate field and put it in the custentity_duedate field.

Field Internal ID : duedate
Custom Field ID: custentity_duedate

Can netsuite give me a sample javascript code?
