SuiteLet available without login throwin privileges error

I have a simple SuiteLet that I've deployed (Release) with the "Available without Login" option checked.

However, when I try to view this SuiteLet without logging in I receive this error:

You do not have privileges to view this page



Anyone encountered this before?  If so, what was the solution?
