Transactional Processing (BEGIN, END, ROLLBACK, COMMIT): Wouldn't it be nice?

Comming from a SQL background I really miss being able to do things transactionally; that is to use statements like BEGIN, END, ROLLBACK, and COMMIT TRANSACTION to do a whole bunch of stuff and then either commit it to the database or roll it back in the event of an error.  You can't do that with NetSuite can you?  Well, it would be nice.
