Access Billing Class List through SuiteScript

Anyone know how to access the billing class list through SuiteScript?  I tried to create a saved search for "Accounting Lists" but there is no Accounting List search type.  I also tried "billingclass" and "billingrate" as my search type for nlapiSearchRecord but those didn't work.
