SO send info to PO

When I'm on the sales order and click 'Drop Ship' or 'Spec Order', the PO form opens but does not have all the information I'd like.

I'm interested in being able to retrieve the 'Customer PO' and 'CustomerID' from the previous screen. Are there hidden fields on the PO form to retrieve the 'Customer PO' and 'CustomerID' from the original sales order or can anyone suggest a method of retrieving the information?
