Dynamic Memorized INV

We have a lot of contract billings.. and I'd like some of the data on our Memorized Transactions be dynamic:

in the memo field have some static text then display the current month and year

also do this on one of the line items

is this possible?  if yes..  how would i do this..  I'm guessing Client side scripting?
