Managing the "dirtyness" of a SuiteLet subList
Are we all on our own to manage modification state for sublists?
The more I use SuiteLets the more I'm running into this problem. I have a sublist and when the SuiteLet is saved I need to know:

What lines were changed?

What lines were deleted?

What lines were added?
I've tried out some different patterns and approaches, some pretty ugly. I see the client method: nlapiIsLineItemChanged(type) that sounded promising but I need something that I can use on the server side.
I've got a decent design in my head but before I roll it out I thought I would check if there was something already existing?
