nlapiSetRedirectURL - Redirect create RMA form to the RMA just created

When creating an RMA from a sales order, once you save the RMA it returns you to the Sales Order.  Is it possible to use nlapiSetRedirectURL to redirect it to the RMA just created?

I need to do this because the Customer Service rep needs to give the customer the RMA number once it has been created.  This will enable the CSR to give the customer their RMA # faster
