nlapiSendFax() doesn't trigger CC email to account holder

If you have the option set in the UI you will receive an email (from NetSuite) when the fax is sent to your fax provider.  This is a nice confirmation that NetSuite at least sent the fax on.

When you call nlapiSendFax no email is delivered.

Anyone else noticed this?  Am I crazy?
