Hi, I have the following senario and i was hoping someone could clear up the use of the API's for me.

I have a custom record called Product suggestions (customrecord_product_suggestions) and i want to use script to attach these to customer records. I therefore have an entity field (custentity_product_suggestions) applied to a customer which is a multiple select (of type Product Suggestions) which has its display type set to "show as list".

There is a trigger on the form to attach a "product suggestion" and when this occurs i so far have the following script (which obviously i have not even tried yet)
