nlapiTransformRecord Sales Order to Invoice

Hi,

I would like to use the nlapiTransformRecord function to invoice some sales orders.   We use Advanced Billing with different types of billing schedules.

I can successfully create an invoice from the sales order using the nlapiTransformRecord function but it ignores the billing schedules on the line items and simply invoices the full amount.

Any ideas on how I can use the function to partially fulfill the sales orders?
