Can't create estimate via script for foreign subsidiary....

Hi-

I have a user event script that creates estimates. However, it seems that it will only create estimates for US based customers. When I attempt to run this script (below) for a foreign customer (in a different nexus) I get an UNEXPECTED_ERROR. I ran:

At the end of my code and it returned (through the text field that it submit to) "nullUnexpectedError".... Useful, I know...

I have also noticed that if I create a login for a foreign subsidiary, and then run this script it works fine. Additionally, if I am logged in as administrator (of the US parent company) and manually go to the estimate form in the UI and select a foreign customer I get the following message
