Schedule email?
I'm working on porting some "Goldmine tracks" to NetSuite. These tracks are basically applied to contacts when an activity is triggered, such as downloading a file from our website. Within Goldmine, when a Contact is added to a track (manually) we automatically schedule a series of events for the Contacts Sales Rep, for example:

[*]add contact to track
[*]schedule email for 0 days after 'added to track' date (i.e. immediate) - to say thanks
[*]schedule phone call for 7 days after 'added to track' date
[*]schedule admin to check if Contact should be removed from track
[*]schedule email for 10 days after 'added to track' date - 'How are you getting on?'
