How to avoid User Event script getting executed on Scheduled Script?

Hi,

I have a scheduled script to update invoices.There is also a User
Event Script for the Invoice record.

When the Scheduled script gets executed, the User event script also get executed.Is there a way to avoid this?

Any help is appreciated.
