Enable suitescript and restrict access to general users

Hi,

I have downloaded Eclipse for Suitescript and enabled the feature in SuiteFlex tab to use Client Suitescript and Server SuiteScript.

I am wondering if only Administrator can see the "Custom Code" tab because I do not want general users to see them and start messing around with the codes.
