Can I have a client script submit a record....

edited Dec 2, 2019 6:17PM in SuiteCloud / Customization 2 comments

I have a client script (triggered on the save of a sales order) that needs to jump between a bunch of functions (stupid IE disables the javascript "prompt" command so I had to use another method to get user input)....

Anyway, if the user clicks the save button the script will jump between all the functions (function 1 would jump to a function in the library file which would return to function 2 and so forth), but when it get to the end it simple does not save the record....

I addded an "alert("Got to end");" to double check, and the script does reach it. My question, can I simulate having the user click save (but without re-triggering the first "onsave" function again)...

Howdy, Stranger!
