NetSuite Telephony Feature - Logging clicks

Hi, I've managed to integrate skype with the NetSuite telephony feature. Now, everytime a user clicks the "call this number" icon beside the phone numbers it automatically calls the number using skype.

Here is my question. I'm wondering if it would be possible to create a script that would allow me to capture in system notes, the amount of times that icon has been clicked.
