How to check whether a Time record is billed or not?

Hi,

I have a requirement to execute a Client Script(on init function) if a Time record is Billed.
Can anyone please let me know the field which shows whether the time is Billed or not.

I tried using the status field, but its always returning null .
    var status = nlapiGetFieldValue('status');

Any help is appreciated.
