Transaction Status (Sub Status)
Hi,
This question is aim specifically at the RMA status. Basically there are not enough RMA statuses in netsuite for a business, as I understand I can't add anymore so what I have done is created a sub status.
What I am trying to achieve is get the sub status set based on the rma status. The issue I am having is I am used to creating client scripts that apply when you click the save button, however with RMAs you don't actually save the record, the status changes based on other actions in netsuite, so the question is how do I for example change my sub status when the RMA is recieved in.
