Need help with generating a Product Data Sheet or Spec Sheet

I have posted this question under marketing also but no succes, so i'm trying this under custom code so maybe somebody with some knowledge of javascript can help me with this

I am trying to generate a product data sheet or a 'spec sheet' - meaning a one page sheet with the picture of the item in question and a list of specs relevent to the item. (sourced from the item!)
So that when you change an itemfield and you push on a button the spec sheet automaticly changes also.

I now have created this (see code) but I was wondering if there is a simpeler way to do this. At least I know now it is possible, but I can not get to the image url if I do it like this (passing thru URL).
