After Submit on User Note?

I've heard from a NetSuite Professional Services employee (in conjunction with the scripting gurus there) that it's possible to place a script in the "After Submit" of a User Note. Is that right?

I've looked around NetSuite scripts and forms and can't find any places to add a script to a Note.

Can anyone confirm this for me?
