Error on adding Item Group via User Event Script

Hi,

Is it possible to add an item group to a transaction via server script?
I am getting an unexpected error when I try to add an item group to a Sales Order using server script.
It works fine when an item is added, but when adding item group, it throws error - "UNEXPECTED_ERROR Ticket: fpra1cq5qv4y47rt89wj".

Any help is appreciated.
