Time Record Script won't run

I've been unable to get an ultra simple script to execute on the time record. I can run scripts on the task record and I'm following what I believe to be the exact same setup but it's just not running. I read something in the dev guide that could be the problem:
Dev guide pg 69 – says that you can only run 5 record level scripts per scriptable record.

Is this true?
I'm not the only one writing scripts which means I'd have to go through and see how many other script files are running on the time record to check mine isn't the 6th one and therefore not getting executed. When I set up the script deployment Netsuite should give me an error message or warning if it recognises that there are already 5 scripts on the time record and hence mine won't run??
