Help field

While using netsuite you can find something like help field. It's small text message opened in new tab while clicking on text area. It's buit in, but we are thinking about using it in scripts(suitelets). Is it possibble? Maybe someone can help us. We can't find anything interesting in Netsuite help. We don't know what name of type or field's attribute is needed to use this.
Please help!
