Script error - more than the maximum number ( 15 ) of characters allowed.
In a scheduled script that runs on the time record I get an error:
The field custcol_tt_availability contained more than the maximum number ( 15 ) of characters allowed.
My script doesn't actually change the value of this custom variable at all and I received this error message.
I pulled up the variable in a saved search before running my script and it is blank ie there appears to be no value
I then tried to insert into the script some code to extract the current value of the variable and put that in the log. See below.
After that I tried getting the variable and making it 0.00
